I would love your recipes if you would send them along, thanks!Veg Baker, J.D.https://www.blogger.com/profile/08683743518443807575noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5957155278736019285.post-83511669403937205922009-09-14T11:36:24.399-07:002009-09-14T11:36:24.399-07:00Beth, I have never thought of making bagels myself...Beth, I have never thought of making bagels myself. I cherish my dr's appointments because they are close to a Great American Bagel and I LOVE LOVE LOVE their egg bagel with plain cream cheese. You have inspired me and I am going to look for an egg bagel recipe. Do you have any thoughts on how to keep the bagels fresh after cooking? I surely wouldn't eat 6 bagels within a couple of days. I suppose I could halve the recipe but that seems like a lot of work to do to only get 3 bagels out of the deal. If you've enjoyed your yeast experience thus far, I have an excellent recipe for "quick dinner rolls" and another for "amish white bread" that I have received a lot of compliments on that I would be happy to share with you!Mrs. Smithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04317157890315013674noreply@blogger.com
